Spammers Watch Out! Online Marketers Be Careful!
2009 is coming to an end soon and this has been a fantastic year with the evolution of internet – sites are becoming easier to make (no more hard coding of the html language) and more people are coming to the social media sites (e.g. facebook and twitter) to express themselves.
This may sound good but also mean that spammers have more chances to make their move (more of that later) and if you (especially if you are an online marketer) are not careful, what you may lose are not just your credit card details (nearly, for me…) and also your favorite password!
This Can Happen To You Especially When You Have A Hot Product
There was a recent promotion of private label rights product membership offered by Calvin and Jonathan of IM Buzz Creators and these are some good PLR products. Before the intention to sign up for it, there came a sudden email offering me a Platinum Membership (no monthly membership and I can get the monthly product for free with only a one-time fee of $4.95 – sounds good right?!)

As the site have since been taken down, I can’t show you the evil scheme that these spammers have used to “nearly” cheat me of my credit card details. But what they have done are as follows:
