Search engine marketing is a form of internet marketing. It uses the web as a medium to spread awareness of its target product. Internet marketing has emerged as a cheap yet dynamic way to distribute information in the global market.

Now-a-days people think that newspaper & magazine advertising would not benefit their business. But as per my knowledge it plays a vital role in getting enquiries and sales. All you need to do is, select a proper company which offers cheap advertising, place the ads in popular newspaper which would be accessible to all kinds of advertisers.

Starting a wordpress blog does sound a bit frightening, but there are lots of resources and help out there, in fact it is even possible to get the blog set up completely for you.

A wordpress blog is an excellent way to test your business idea and even better still, by the very nature of its interaction with visitors, you will soon discover what to focus on and plan how to align your business idea with what your audience actually wants, which of course means more success for you.

Of all possible ways to start a business on the internet without a lots of technical skills or lots of money, the blogging route looks like the best solution for 2009.

The first video didn't get to the point that this was created to pitch the Kindle report. (or if it did I'd gone by then.)

The second was punchy, to the point and focused on the Kindle Report right away and that you need it to learn how to get into Amazon now before the competition with your ebook.

Dexter,

This is a good (I mean "God) post :-) Thank you for posting this. It's good to hear someone else mention God concerning their internet business.

I have been in internet marketing for a while and it seems that God always brings me back to Psalm 1:1-3 when I get frustrated or it seems like I am barraged with a bunch of wild claims from scammers.

Just to paraphrase a few points from these verses:

"Psalm 1:1-2 Blessed is the man that does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly...but his delight is in the law of the LORD..."

There's so many greedy people in this industry who make wild claims and sometimes deliberately misleads people just to make a dollar. That's sad but that's why I seek out honest and ethical marketers (like Jimmy D. Brown) to get my counsel and instruction. I just learned of him this year (as far as his Christianity) so I'm anxious to hear more from him.

"Psalm 1:3" And he (speaking of he person who doesn't listen to the ungodly) shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water...and whatsoever he does shall prosper."

How can we ignore a promise like that?!

If more people would stop listening to these scammers and start listening to godly businessmen and women, this industry would have a better reputation and all of us would prosper accordingly.

Just my "two cents."

Check out my blog when you have a chance, too. It's at:

This post reminded me of John Goodman's Cyclops character in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" in relation to selling the Good Book in times of woe and want.

I've always found Proverbs to have some good common sense business advice.
