If President Obama Is An Internet Marketer On Twitter, And That Thing About Twitter!
First and foremost, a very Big Congratulation (never too late!) to all my US counterparts on having a new and internet-savvy President Barack Obama!
Out of curiosity… I have just checked out President Barack Obama and he is on Twitter (having a current total of 223,027 followers which is like an astouding 40 times more than John Chow’s and 2000 more times than Dexter Damien Chan – that’s me!) and FaceBook (with a current total of 4,942,731 supporters).
With such amazing figures and if our President Barack Obama should become an internet marketer (just assuming as our President has a far more important mission on his hand now…) and should decide to promote an affiliate product to that huge number of followers on his Twitter… Guess what?! With just a simple 10% clickthru ratio (CTR) from his Twitter account and you’ll be having around 20,000 people reading and if they should make a purchase and if the profit is just $10 per sale, our President will be having $200,000 in his online account!
And if you yearn to make this kind of money online, I strongly believe you will be in good hands with Twitter in 2009, especially if you have not use this service to its full potential yet!
And There’s This Thing About Twitter That Everybody Is Crazy About…
The assumption about our President Obama becoming an Internet Marketer can be a bit far-fetched but for you, as a budding online entrepreneur, Twitter (and its accompanying tools and services) can be your number #1 internet marketing services and resources in 2009!

With Facebook making such a big hu-ha back in the 2008, will 2009 be the year for Twitter? Will you and me make even more money online with Twitter?
My gut feel is a yes and the only way to know the result is to have a try!
