My Long Lost Twin Blog Wants To Be Famous…

After nearly 8 months of blogging, I found my twin online today. Not physically a real twin though (I will be shocked…), but I do not mind having a real sister… oops… ok… back to the real issue.

What Happened Actually?

One of the “to kill time” activities that I would like to do while working in my full time job is to do searches for anything, everything and even looking up this blog to see its standings over the search engine.

Then… To my surprise I saw one of my posts appearing in one of the search results as seen below:

I was just thinking to myself – “Since when did I post something to Squidoo? Did Squidoo just come up with something innovative, decide to pick up bits and pieces over the internet and include one of my posts to their directory?”

This is of course very exciting for something new and that Affilicore is picking up some “look-see” in the search engine. So I clicked on that link.

Hmmm…

Who is this Thomas_T? I do not know him at all. But what he has posted is exactly the same as what I have posted here. How did I really know? He has to leave my site name in his page (He should have put a link back, that will give him some positive credit and good karma in return!)

But one good thing about him that’s worth admiring – he changed my affiliate link to his own! Further exploring will make you realize that he has created 65 lenses “from scratch” as shown on his Squidoo Profile page! Do you think you can find your own post in one of his lenses as well?

What To Take Note From Here?

There are many good bloggers out there who are contributing so so so much to the online marketing community. Therefore Good efforts = Good Rewards. But with “wannabes” trying to gain popularity based on other’s hard work and get rewarded for that. Do you think this should be the right way?

Erm Thomas_T, if you do happen to read this, and you actually get sales from that post, do you think I should get a share? How about other owners that you may have earned? Do you think they should be rewarded as well?
