The initial release of PopUp Domination comes with 4 Different Templates for you to choose from:

Note: Michael Dunlop has mentioned that he will be releasing more Templates for you to work on… But personally, these 4 Templates are already professional enough!

And with the options to Choose Color for your Button from a list of:

Not forgetting the Option to choose Color Combinations For Your Opt-In Box:

Next, moving on to Mailing List HTML…

- Choose Your Email Providers from a choice of Aweber, iContact, GetResponse, MailChimp, or any other Email Providers

- And input your HTML Opt-In Code To The Box Below:

Remember to click on the “Update Options” and you can proceed on to the next step of what you want to present on your Opt-In Form, namely, the Header Title and the Form Header, followed by the Assurance to your Subscribers with a Footer Security Note.

Then you can decide what will your Name & Email Field say, followed by your choice of words for the Submit Button!

Once you are done with it, you will proceed to present the 4 Benefits of joining your Mailing List or the Content (free ebook?) that you are intending to give away!

Basically once you are done with the above, your Opt-In Form is ready to be turned on… But first, a few more admin stuff to take note – Schedule.

This is where you will decide how long later should you present your Opt-In Form to a Visitor should he/she decide not to enroll and also the delay time (in seconds upon loading of your site) to present the Opt-In Form to your Visitor.

Once you are finished with this step, you are ready to see how your Opt-In form will look like – by clicking on the Preview link and you will see in real-time:

Hi Carl Burke, thanks for your comment, are you addressing to Michael Dunlop, the creator or to me?
If it’s him, I hope he does pop by to read your comment.
But in any case, with regards to your queries, if you have the additional templates, you can just copy them into the theme folder of the plugin. They should be able to work well!
